IPF provide its members to share information, networking, business matching, training & workshop, factory visit, seminar & conference, technology development, industry progress, environmental aspects, law and regulations, etc.

Henky Wibawa is a respected packaging industry leader with more 40 years of experience in flexible packaging, combining deep technical expertise with extensive industry and international leadership experience.
He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany, and has built a distinguished career in the packaging industry, with a strong focus on flexible packaging technology, innovation, and industry development.
Henky also served for three years as Vice President of Education at the World Packaging Organization (WPO), where he contributed to advancing global packaging education and professional development.
As Executive Director of the Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF), he continues to play an active role in strengthening the packaging industry through knowledge sharing, education, strategic collaboration, and professional development.
He is widely recognized as a senior packaging consultant and industry expert, bringing together technical knowledge, practical experience, and international leadership to support the continued advancement of the packaging industry.
Business Development Director, Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF)
Ariana Susanti is a seasoned packaging industry professional with more than 30 years of experience spanning packaging, business development, industry collaboration, and social development across Asia.
She currently serves as Business Development Director at the Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF) and is an Honorary Member of the Asian Packaging Federation (APF). She also chairs the APF Sustainability Committee, where she leads regional initiatives focused on advancing sustainability and circularity within the packaging industry.
With her extensive regional experience and strong network across industry stakeholders, Ariana is passionate about building strategic partnerships, fostering cross-border collaboration, and driving sustainable business development.
Her combination of industry expertise, regional leadership, and commitment to sustainability enables her to connect business, industry, and social impact toward a more sustainable future for packaging in Asia.

An entrepreneur, banker, and business leader with extensive experience across finance, manufacturing, flexible packaging, corporate leadership, and law. He has built and led multiple businesses in the flexible packaging industry, with expertise spanning blown film, lamination, barrier packaging, converting, and packaging solutions.
With a unique combination of entrepreneurial, corporate, financial, and legal expertise, he brings a broad perspective across strategy, operations, investment, technology, and corporate governance.
He holds a BBA in Finance, an MBA from universities in Illinois, and a PhD in Law from Universitas Pancasila. As a Director of IPF, he aims to contribute to the competitiveness, innovation, sustainability, and long-term development of Indonesia’s packaging industry.
Education & Sustainability Director, Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF)
Putut Pramono is a highly experienced packaging professional with more than 30 years of experience in the packaging and FMCG industry, including a distinguished career with Nestlé Indonesia, where he served as Head of Packaging.
He also spent three years in Switzerland as Packaging Project Manager at the Nestlé Product Technology Center (PTC) in Konolfingen, gaining valuable international experience in packaging technology, innovation, and project development.
After retiring from Nestlé in 2023, Putut joined the Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF) as Education & Sustainability Director, where he contributes his extensive industry knowledge to advancing packaging education, capability development, and sustainable packaging practices.
He is also currently active as a Technical Consultant at IPRO, continuing to support the packaging industry through technical expertise and practical solutions.
With his combination of international experience, technical knowledge, and strong industry perspective, Putut is passionate about developing packaging professionals and accelerating the transition toward more sustainable and innovative packaging solutions.
Circular Economy Packaging Director, Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF)
Tomy Aritanto is a seasoned packaging industry leader with more than 30 years of experience in rigid plastic packaging, technology development, innovation, and business transformation.
He currently serves as Circular Economy Packaging Director at the Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF). Previously, he was Group Managing Director – Technical & Innovation at Dynapack Asia, where he led technology development and managed multi-country operations across Southeast Asia. He expert in Technology & Innovation Strategist in Rigid Plastic Packaging.
With extensive industry experience, Tomy brings deep expertise in circular economy strategies for rigid plastic packaging, with a strong focus on sustainable packaging design, innovation, resource efficiency, and industry transformation.
He graduated from the Academy of Industrial Mechanical Engineering and completed his Certificate in Business Management (CBM) at Prasetiya Mulya. His combination of technical expertise, business leadership, and sustainability experience positions him as a strong advocate for accelerating the transition toward a more circular and sustainable packaging industry.

Hari Noegroho is an experienced packaging industry professional with more than 25 years of experience in packaging, manufacturing, technical operations, and industry development.
He currently serves as Promotion & Partnership Director at the Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF). A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Indonesia, Hari has held key positions at Interkemas Flexipack (now Amcor Flexible), Siegwerk, Tempo Scan Pacific Group, and Sara Lee, building extensive technical, operational, and business expertise across the packaging value chain.
Hari is also a certified Assessor at BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi), contributing to the development and recognition of professional competencies within Indonesia’s manufacturing sector.
With his combination of technical expertise, operational experience, and industry network, Hari is passionate about strengthening industry collaboration, professional development, strategic partnerships, and the advancement of Indonesia’s packaging industry.
Public Relations Officer, Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF
Phelia Kosasih is a technology-oriented professional with a background in chemical engineering, product development, technical marketing, and business development.
She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). Throughout her career, she has gained experience across product development, technical support, customer engagement, product management, and industrial marketing.
Her professional background enables her to bridge technical knowledge with market needs, business opportunities, and effective communication. These transferable skills support her role at the Indonesian Packaging Federation, particularly in building engagement, strengthening communication, and connecting the Federation with the broader packaging community.
As Public Relations Officer, Phelia brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by her industrial experience and interest in emerging technologies. She is particularly interested in the use of Artificial Intelligence to support creativity, communication, content development, and new ways of engaging with audiences.

Food Packaging Science Advisor, Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF)
Prof. Dr. Nugraha E. Suyatma is a food packaging expert, lecturer, and researcher with strong academic and research experience in sustainable and advanced food packaging technologies.
He graduated in Food Technology from IPB University and earned his doctoral degree from the University of Reims, France. His research and professional expertise focus on bio-based and biodegradable food packaging, including nanomaterials, active packaging, and intelligent packaging technologies.
He also serves as a Technical Consultant for Food Packaging at the Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF) and BPOM-RI, contributing his scientific and technical expertise to food packaging development, safety, and regulatory considerations.
With his combination of academic excellence, research expertise, and industry engagement, Dr. Nugraha is actively contributing to the development of innovative, safe, and sustainable food packaging solutions.
Director of Agricultural Packaging & Postharvest Innovation, Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF)
Prof. Dr. Endang Warsiki is a distinguished packaging scientist, lecturer, and researcher with more than 25 years of experience in sustainable packaging, active and intelligent packaging, food safety, and postharvest technology.
She earned her Ph.D. in Polymer and Packaging Technology from Victoria University, Australia, and has built an extensive research and academic career focused on advancing packaging innovation and sustainable agroindustrial systems.
Her areas of expertise include sustainable packaging, active and intelligent packaging, biodegradable and bio-based materials, food packaging safety, smart sensors for food quality monitoring, and postharvest technology.
As Director of Agricultural Packaging & Postharvest Innovation at the Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF), she contributes to strengthening the connection between research, innovation, industry, and sustainable agroindustrial development.
Prof. Endang has successfully led numerous nationally and internationally funded research projects, authored more than 90 scientific publications and several books, and holds multiple patents in intelligent packaging and postharvest technologies.

Regulatory & Advocacy Officer, Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF)
Ajeng Indriani is an experienced professional in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, laboratory management, and regulatory standards, with a strong background in business development and operational leadership.
She graduated from Djuanda University, Bogor, with a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and Chemistry. She currently serves as General Manager of Food, Chemical & Pharmaceutical at Intertek, where she brings extensive experience in laboratory management and operations, supported by strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
Ajeng also has a solid background in business development and regulatory standards, enabling her to bridge technical requirements with industry and business needs.
As Regulatory Standards Officer at the Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF), she contributes her expertise to supporting regulatory awareness, standards development, compliance, and industry capability building, particularly in areas related to food packaging and product safety.
